Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, optional phone number, business details and your notes. Please never enter payment information, passwords, ID numbers or customer information.

To review your request and follow up with you. A person at Blue Whale Technologies reads every request.

The calculator and self-check

The Revenue Leak Calculator and SAIF Self-Check run in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us.

Cookies, storage and retention

Cookie: only if you click Accept, we set one first-party cookie named bwt_v holding a random visitor ID and the date of your first visit. It lasts up to 13 months and is used only to count page views and new versus returning visits. We record the page path, the page you came from and the time, never your IP address or browser details. If you click Decline, nothing is stored.
