What do service business owners ask Blue Whale Technologies before they start?
Owners usually ask what each offer costs, whether AI will replace anyone on their team, how the 30-day commitment works and what AI is saying about their business. What does Front Office cost?
A monthly price that depends on the term you choose: $1,100 a month on a 3-month term, $1,045 a month on a 6-month term, or $990 a month on a 12-month term. Longer terms are discounts only.
Will Front Office replace my receptionist or my team?
No. Front Office catches what your team cannot get to, such as the 9 p.m. call or the estimate nobody chased, and hands the important work back to your people. Every package includes training, SOPs and job aids for your team.
What stays with my team?
Pricing questions and quotes, refunds, cancellations and billing changes, emergencies, complaints and anything the assistant is not sure about are always sent to a person on your team.
How do the credits work?
Credit 1: the $1,500 Broken Workflow Fix is credited toward the $3,200 Revenue Leak Audit if you move to the audit within the 30-day commitment window, leaving $1,700 to pay. Credit 2, separate: on a total purchase of $7,500 or more, the Revenue Leak Audit is credited toward the integrations and connectors Blue Whale Technologies builds for you.
Is there a refund?
The 30-day refund applies to the Broken Workflow Fix only. Blue Whale's commitment to deliver results: if in 30 days after signing the agreement, Blue Whale has not shown positive results and or lessened your pain, Blue Whale will continue until it's fixed and refund you the full cost of the workflow fix. It does not apply to Front Office setup or monthly fees. We never guarantee AI placement, rankings, revenue or accuracy.
Can you connect to the tools I already use?
We build connectors from your existing hardware, apps and programs, such as QuickBooks, HubSpot, your CRM and your databases, so data entered once flows everywhere. We confirm what can connect during setup, and we cannot promise that every tool will.
Will you ask for my passwords or customer data?
No. We only ask which tools you use, never your logins. If we work together later, any access happens through official invitations or limited permissions that you control.
Will this replace someone on my team?
No. AI takes the repetitive grunt work off their plate, and our SOPs, job aids and training teach your team to run it. Your people stay in charge.
What if I don't know which workflow is broken?
